TEACHERS
should have a specific allocation and be able to TEACH without the hassle of managing the resources used to acquire the tools they need to be effective in the classroom.
PRINCIPALS
should be able to FOCUS on Instruction, Leadership, and Performance Quality without diverting their energy to managing budgets, expenses, and inventories.
ADMINISTRATORS
should have one central resource with a systematic approach to acquiring an immediate response to procedural questions, enabling him/her to make quick, accurate, well informed decisions at their building level.
